Swansea City Supporters’ Trust would like to welcome Julian Winter to Swansea City Football Club after his appointment to the role of Chief Executive earlier this evening.

The Trust can confirm we had a lengthy discussion with Julian prior to his appointment, where we discussed his ideas and the various challenges and issues that we view as critical for the future of our club.

While we remain disappointed at the timing of the change of executive leadership, we are pleased that a replacement for Trevor Birch has been swiftly concluded. We look forward to working with Julian in the best interests of the fans and the club.
