Season Tickets

December 1, 2020

As you will be aware, the Trust has been working closely with the management team of the Swans since the start of this pandemic, to ensure the best interests of our club and our fans are looked after. A fundamental part of those discussions has been seeking to protect the interests of season ticket holders.

Both the Trust and the Club appreciate that the current crisis has affected all of us in many ways. This was why we were proud to agree season ticket options for the remainder of the 2019/20 season, and 2020/1 season, that were positively received and able to meet the various wishes of our fans.

We feel it is only right that the financial commitment made by those fans who were able to forego a refund for the 2020/1 season is recognised, despite us not yet being able to attend the Liberty Stadium. Therefore, we are delighted to have agreed with the club’s management team a package that means that no existing season ticket holder will pay more than £99 for their 2021/2 season ticket, with Under 12’s only paying £23.

We also think it is a good idea that the general sale of season tickets is postponed until later in the season, at which time we will all hopefully have a better idea of the circumstances we are likely to face next season.

For more information on the details of the announcement, please see the official Club statement here

The following FAQ may also help our members, and for any further questions please contact info@swanstrust.co.uk or through our usual social media channels.

FAQ:

I’m an existing season ticket holder. How can I renew?

All the usual ways are still available. During the pandemic, we do encourage people to either renew online at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/swanstickets/ or by phone at 01792 616400, selecting Option 1. The Ticket Office remains closed at this time.

How do I renew online?

The club have prepared a useful user guide below: User guide – Season Ticket 21-22

What is the deadline to renew my season ticket?

The discounted window ends on February 28th, 2021. This is to allow any non-renewed season tickets to be made available for general sale once we have a better idea of the likely conditions around the 2021/2 season.

I took a refund for my 2020/1 season ticket and I want to benefit from the new price. Can I still do so?

Yes you can, however it will mean you will have to cancel your refund and effectively become a season ticket holder for the 2020/1 season.

You can opt out of receiving your monthly refunds here and will then be eligible for the discounted price, along with all the other benefits of being a season ticket holder for the current season, such as receiving a streaming code to watch eligible (all home and the seven midweek away) games on Swans TV as well as being at the front of the queue, along with other season ticket holders, should fans be able to return to the Liberty this season.

If you have withdrawn any of your refund balance from your Swans Account then this will need to be repaid, by contacting the ticket office at 01792 616400, or emailing ticketoffice@liberty-stadium.com.

I took a refund but will not be cancelling my refund. What is my position?

Any future sale of season tickets is on hold until a later date, at which time we hope to have a better idea of the conditions we are likely to be operating under. As previously announced, previous season ticket holders will be contacted at that time and given the opportunity to keep their existing seat.

I paid a deposit to reserve my seat. Has anything changed for me?

No change and, as you have paid a deposit to reserve your seat for when crowds are able to return to the Liberty Stadium, that seat is also secured for the 2021/2 season! More details will be made available later in the season.

I didn’t have a season ticket for this season, but I want to buy one for next season.

Great to hear! More details on general sale for 2021/2 will be available later in the season!

Will this same pricing be available when season tickets go on general sale?

This pricing is a specific thank you to those season ticket holders who were able to forego a refund for the 2020/1 season. Season Tickets pricing for General Sale will be announced later in the season.
