When and why did you join the Swans Trust Board?

I joined the Swansea City Supporters Trust Board as a Co-opted Member on August 4th 2026. I have supported Swansea City throughout my life, albeit mostly from across the waters whilst serving in the military. With a deep commitment to Swansea City’s heritage and a proven record of community leadership through Swansea Veterans Hub, I bring experience, integrity and a passion for serving the wider Swansea City community.

What is your role at the Trust?

I would hope to add to strengthening the Trust’s governance, contribute specialist insight and support key areas of work that protect Swansea City’s heritage and community impact. My role would include helping shape policy, procedure and decision making, supporting heritage and community projects, offering professional guidance on compliance and organisational integrity and ensuring the voices of supporters and the wider Swansea community remain central to the Trust’s work.

What are your views on the future and how will you support that?

I see the future of Swansea City AFC as one built on stability, identity and community strength. The club’s long term success depends on protecting its heritage, continually developing a clear footballing philosophy and ensuring supporters remain at the heart of every major decision. I believe Swansea City should continue to grow sustainably, invest in youth, strengthen its connection with local communities and preserve the values that have always defined the Swans … resilience, pride and belonging.

Best Swans memory?

My standout Swansea City memory goes back to the early 1980s at the old Vetch Field, watching Swansea City vs Watford. I will always remember walking into the ground for the first time with my best friend and his father and being hit by that unmistakable Vetch atmosphere , the rush of the crowd, the smell of the turf, the singing rolling around the stands and the raw energy that only Swans fans can generate. The goals, the noise and the feeling of being part of something that stayed with me ever since. It was one of those moments that cemented and shaped my pride for the team that i still carry today.
