Thank you for your interest in becoming a Member of the Swans Trust. The Trust membership year runs from 1 August to 31 July and on joining now your membership will commence on the 1st August 2022 and expire on 31 July 2023.
As a Member, you will be entitled to other benefits as announced by the Trust from time to time during the membership year, including access to Member-only events with the club, opportunities to win prizes during our regular prize draws, and be able to ask questions of the Trust and the club through our social media channels or by contacting us through our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You can sign-up online now by clicking ‘Join the Trust’ below – our new system will allow you to create an account and manage your own information, add multiple members under one umbrella account, and have access to our calendar of events. It also enables you to sign-up for automatic membership renewal, meaning you won’t need to enter your information all over again next year.

A: The system upgrade was part of a wider digital action plan that we set out for the 2021/22 season that also included the upgrade of our website. The new system provides the Trust and our members with new features that we have received feedback on previously, including auto-renewal of membership, one-time data entry and the ability for members to manage your own information, and the ability to create an umbrella account to allow you to add dependents (e.g. children).
A: If you want to add dependents to your membership account (especially those who may not use or have access to an email address), you can do so by selecting each membership category that you wish to purchase a membership for, and selecting either ‘Myself’, ‘Child or Dependent’, or ‘Other’. You can then proceed to sign up in the normal way, creating an account and paying for each membership.
A: Please check your Junk / Spam folder as we have noted some instances of the email being sent there by email hosts. It will appear as a plain-text email and is sent from ‘email@example.com’ – there is a link in the email, which you just need to click on to verify your email.
An issue may also appear if you try to click ‘sign-in for the first time’ rather than the ‘sign-up’ button. The video above provides a step-by-step guide to support you in completing this new process.
A: We are aware of an issue with the number of countries showing in the drop-down box on the sign-up form. We expect this to be fixed in the coming days and will inform all fans via our Social Media channels and via our website when the fix has been successfully made. We ask any prospective members affected to please check back for more information in the next 7-10 days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
A: No, you can still join at the POD on matchdays if you feel that is a better method for you. We will ask you to fill in a paper form, and then pay via card or cash. A Board Member will then manually create your account on the system and a link will be sent to you to complete your account with a password. You can also join by downloading a membership form from the website (see below) and sending it to our registered address.
A: We hope you will choose to continue as a Member with us, but before any future payment is taken you will receive an email notifying you of an upcoming payment. This will provide you with a reminder to review and cancel this payment if you do not wish to renew. Your membership will then be tagged as inactive.
