Earlier today the club contacted all fans who entered the ticket ballot process for Saturday’s Championship play-off semi-final second leg against Barnsley.
A reminder that in order to comply with the guidelines for this test event, successful supporters will need to complete a mandatory health questionnaire and read and accept the club Code of Conduct 48 hours before the game.
Supporters will be able to find the link to the questionnaire and Code of Conduct within the email received from the club this morning. Fans are urged to complete this as soon as possible, with the deadline for completion midday tomorrow, Thursday 20th May. This is due to the time constraints the club has to send the digital ticket for you to print at home.
We must stress that supporters need to complete the whole form, so please go right to the very end and complete all fields before submitting.
We would advise supporters to carefully follow the instructions in the email from the club and also visit the club release on their website HERE
- You must complete the mandatory health questionnaire and read and accept the Code of Conduct before midday tomorrow, Thursday, 20th May
- Face coverings at the fixture are mandatory
- You must be in a bubble within your household
- You must be able to print your ticket at home
Fans who were unsuccessful in the ballot will be automatically placed on the club’s reserve list. Should any tickets become available, they will contact these fans via their registered email address.
The ballot process was automatically conducted through the club’s ticketing provider, so we respectfully ask that fans do not contact the club to discuss this further, as the decision is final.
If you have any queries or have not yet received your email from the club please email them on firstname.lastname@example.org
