Some of the recent Welsh Baccalaureate work of the Swansea City Supporters with Dwr y Felin Comprehensive School in Neath is now being put into practice!
The school piloted the Supporters’ Trust Challenge, “To develop a product or service that will enhance the matchday experience for young people’, during the Summer of 2018. The pupils came up with a huge range of outstanding and very imaginative ideas.
Now , with the support of the Club, one of those ideas is being put into practice at Sunday’s FA Cup game against Brentford at the Liberty Stadium. A group of pupils and teachers from the school will be offering face painting in the Family Stand before the game.
All proceeds from the venture will go to charities supported by the school such as Ty Hafan and Great Ormond Street Hospital so come along and support the youngsters on Sunday.
