Each of our Board Members are elected/appointed for a defined term (usually up to two years), to represent all Swans Trust Members and help take our organisation forward. The Trust Board also appoints a Secretary to support the running of the organisation and ensure we are able to effectively deliver our administrative and fiduciary responsibilities.

Co-opted Members are appointed on an annual basis to deliver specific programmes of work or provide specific skills and experiences to advance the interests of the organisation and our members.
